Four tips that separate the players who top the leaderboard from the ones who keep dying at spawn.
Before engaging anyone in PVP, do a scouting lap. Memorise the dead-ends, the coin-heavy corridors, and the shortcuts back to the spawn side. Players who know the map win more fights because they always have an escape route.
Don't chase every player you see. Only push a fight when you have the height, the corner, or a clear path back to cover. If you're low on health, break line of sight through a maze wall — most opponents won't follow into an unknown corridor.
The outer ring of the maze usually has fewer players and more untouched coins. Loop it early to stack currency, then push into contested centre lanes once you've upgraded.
The Top Time Played leaderboard rewards survival. Long, steady sessions with smart retreats climb faster than short high-kill runs where you keep dying.
